Outside Hitter | 6’5” (196 cm) | Class of 2026 | Denmark

Jacob Rybøl is a high-level Danish outside hitter with international experience and the physical tools to compete at the collegiate level in the United States. Standing at 6’5” with an approach touch of approximately 11’5”–11’6” (348–349 cm) and a block touch of 10’6” (320 cm), he brings a strong combination of size, explosiveness, and offensive presence on the pin.

Jacob has represented Denmark across multiple age groups, including the U17 NEVZA National Team, U18 European Qualification National Team, and U19 NEVZA National Team (2x). His experience competing internationally has helped him develop a high volleyball IQ, adaptability, and composure in competitive environments. At the club level, he competes in the Danish League and Danish Cup, gaining valuable experience against high-level competition.

As an outside hitter, Jacob is a dynamic attacker with the ability to score in both system and out-of-system situations. He shows strong arm speed, the ability to elevate above the block, and continues to develop as a complete six-rotation player. His background in the European system has given him a solid technical foundation, particularly in ball control and game understanding.

Off the court, Jacob is fluent in English and brings maturity, coachability, and a strong work ethic. He is motivated to continue his development in a competitive college environment and is seeking an opportunity to contribute at the next level.
