Once you have set up your account and registered you will be required to make a $150 deposit per person in addition to any add-ons. All payments are fully refundable until March 14, 2025. The following breakdown of the payment schedule - subject to change depending on the your time of registration.

Payment Schedule:

At check-out you will see a detailed description of payments due and the due dates. Please make sure your account has sufficient funds at those times. If you need to make adjustments please contract ngrant@niagrantvolleyballacademy.com and we will accommodate the best we can. We must have 50% of the total due 4 months prior to departure (March 15, 2025) and all balances must be paid fully by 2 months prior to departure.

Cancellation policy: All payments for 2026 tours are fully refundable until March 14, 2026. If you cancel for any reason after this date there will be a $600 cancellation fee and there will be no refunds after April 15, 2026. All cancellations must be confirmed by e-mail to NGVA at ngrant@niagrantvolleyballacademy.com. NGVA will do their best to eliminate cancellation fees when possible, however, this is dependent upon our suppliers and the timing of your cancellation of the tour. Airline cancellation fees are not included with the fees below. Additional cancellation fees may apply if you have canceled your tour after airline tickets have been purchased.

• All payments for summer tour is fully refundable until March 14, 2026.

• A fee of $600 will be assessed if you cancel for any reason after between March 14-April 15, 2026.

• Cancellations make within 90 days of departure will receive no refund.

Notes Regarding Rooms:

We will be using 4 star hotels with double and triple beds. The players will be booked in double and triple rooms with their own beds. If a passenger requires a single room they will need to pay a supplement select option to add-on a single room booking. Players will room with teammates, we will do our best to take requests and room with any teammates you might be traveling with but room sizes and arrangements are always subject to availability.

Friends and Family:

Friends and family are certainly encouraged to join you in this once in a lifetime experience. We can accommodate passengers who want to join you until space is gone. We have limited airline seats and hotel rooms, so you will need to confirm with NGVA/Granted Opportunities that space is still available before making any bookings.

Cost for Family and Friends:

Friends and family cost is the same as the players tour package as long as you are in a double or triple room. Discounted prices are available dependent on face. You will have all the same inclusions except the uniform. If you require a single room you will need to add that option for an additional cost.

• Please remember that the focus for the trip is the athlete and their experience. While we want you to come and enjoy time with us, the schedule revolves around the athletes.
