Cancelation Policy

At The Nia Grant Volleyball Academy, we aim to strike a delicate balance between flexibility for our clients and the protection of our trainers’ valuable time and effort.

Our Policy

  • Full payments will be required to book appointments.

  • Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or less will be subject to the full appointment charge. This ensures that our trainers are compensated for their time and preparation. Please note that this applies to all appointment types.

  • Cancellations initiated by NGVA will not incur any charges.

  • A 10% transaction fee applies to all cancellations made by families. This fee is non-refundable and reflects the cost we incur for processing these charges.

Terms, Conditions, & Waivers

YOU are responsible for filling a group training if that is the option that you choose, unless otherwise discussed with Nia before scheduling.

No lessons can be made until all balances are paid. By signing up, you agree to these conditions.

Athletes cannot participate in training sessions until waivers are completed.
