    Baby Bumps is NGVA’s introductory volleyball program designed specifically for boys and girls ages 3–7. Through fun, age-appropriate activities, games, and beginner volleyball instruction, young athletes are introduced to the sport while developing coordination, movement, basic ball control, confidence, and teamwork.

    The goal is simple: create a positive first experience with volleyball while helping kids learn how to move, play, listen, interact with teammates, and develop a love for the game.

    Future Flyers is NGVA’s developmental volleyball program for boys and girls ages 8–12 who are ready to build a stronger foundation in the game. Whether an athlete is brand new to volleyball or already has some experience, this program focuses on developing the fundamental skills, athleticism, confidence, and court awareness needed to continue progressing.

    Athletes will learn through purposeful instruction, skill-based drills, and competitive activities designed to challenge them while keeping training engaging and age-appropriate.

    The Elite Performance Cohort is NGVA’s advanced development program for serious athletes in grades 8–12 who are ready to take a more intentional approach to their performance. This program goes beyond traditional volleyball training by combining high-level skill development, position-specific training, athletic performance, testing, and individualized feedback in one focused training environment.

    Athletes will be challenged to become stronger, faster, more explosive, more confident, and more knowledgeable players while developing the habits needed to perform at a higher level.
